As regards to the Halloween Festival, the horror film character is mostly immitated so today I 'd like to introduce one of the most horror film character Freddy Krueger who is a fictional character from the A Nightmare on Elm Street series of horror films. First he appeared in Wes Craven's A Nightmare on Elm Street in 1984 as a disfigured dream stalker who uses a glove armed with razors to kill children and teenagers in their dreams, which ultimately results in their death in the real world. However, whenever he is dragged into the real world, he has normal human strength and vulnerability. He was created by Wes Craven, and has been portrayed by Robert Englund in all of the Nightmare on Elm Street films, as well as the television series.
Krueger is undead, and can attack his victims from within their own dreams. He is commonly identified by his burned, disfigured face, red and dark green striped sweater, brown fedora, and trademark metal-clawed brown leather glove. This character represents neglect, particularly that is suffered by children.

The name of Devil's Night is associated with 30th October at the night before Halloween. It's about "mischief night" in other parts of USA & the world.
In Detroit Devil's Night dates early of the 1930s. Traditionally, youths in Detroit engaged with the night of criminal behavior, which always consisted of acts of barbarianism (such as soaping, egging). These were almost exclusively acts of petty barbarianism which causing little to no property damage.
In early 1970s, nevetheless, the barbarianism developed to more violating acts such as arson. This primarily happened in the city and affected to surrounding suburbs frequently. The owners of property unable to sell in the fast declining housing market would take a chance of this nightto burn down their homes to collect the insurance money and claim that an arsonist was at fault.

The crimes became more destructive in Detroit's inner-city neighborhoods, and also included 100 of arson acts every year. The destruction got the peak in the mid to late of 1980s with over than 800 fires set in 1984 and 500-800 fires in the three days and nights before Halloween in a typical year.

Food is one of most important for Halloween party so the information about the food in Holloween festival is necessary to be mentioned for perfect Halloween party preparation.
Because the holiday comes in the wake of the annual apple harvest, candy apples (known as toffee apples outside North America), caramel or taffy apples are a common Halloween treat made by rolling whole apples in a sticky sugar syrup, sometimes followed by rolling them in nuts.
One custom that persists in modern-day Ireland is the baking (or more often nowadays, the purchase) of a barnbrack (Irish "báirín breac"), which is a light fruitcake, into which a plain ring, a coin and other charms are placed before baking. It is said that those who get a ring will find their true love in the ensuing year. This is similar to the tradition of king cake at the festival of Epiphany.
Other foods associated with the holiday:
Apple cider (unfiltered apple juice)
Barmbrack (Ireland)
Bonfire toffee (Britain)
Candy apple
Candy corn (North America)
Caramel apple
